Mr. Farrington is the founder of Transcend Engineering and Technology, LLC a small business that performs research and development of advanced sensing and monitoring technologies for geotechnical, hydrologic, atmospheric, transportation, and security applications.
He is graduate of the University of Vermont and of Stanford University
with 25 years experience in systems engineering and analysis, data acquisition and processing, numerical modeling, software development, field services, and management.
