Pat Moulton had served as Deputy Secretary of the Agency of Commerce and Community Development until stepping down in February 2013 to head workforce development for the BDCC, and then as Executive Director. The BDCC is the Regional Development Corporation for southeastern Vermont. She has held several economic development posts at the state, regional and local levels, including in State government. She is currently the secretary of the Vermont Agency of Commerce & Community Development.
