RACC Leader Asim Zia will be giving an invited talk at the VT Town & City Managers Association fall conference on Friday October 23rd. His talk is titled Adaptation to Climate Change in Lake Champlain Basin and will present his research on the role of towns and cities in water quality management in the face of a changing climate.
