Lana Metayer

Lana is the Director of Sponsored Project Administration at the University of Vermont. In this role, she leads several teams comprised of dedicated professionals supporting all stages of the grant lifecycle, both at the central and departmental levels. In addition, Lana is a voting member of the behavioral IRB committee. On the national level, she represents UVM at the Federal Demonstration Partnership; she is a member of NCURA Region I and has recently been elected as treasurer. Lana holds the professional certification from the Research Administration Certification Council. She brings a breadth of expertise in all aspects of research administration, including workforce development, and electronic research systems.
