RACC member Alan Betts provided a presentation entitled "Climate Change in the Northeast" at the annual conference of the Northern NE Chapter of the American Planning Association in Stow Vermont on Sept 11th, 2014.
This year’s conference was held at the beautiful Stoweflake Resort and Spa in Stowe, Vermont. This year’s theme was BIG PICTURE PLANNING; planning for big issues and big outcomes! Climate Change, Transportation/Infrastructure, and Economic Development – in the New England context.
