Vermont EPSCoR held a Grant Writing Workshop at Trader Duke's Hotel in South Burlington, Vermont on Wednesday, August 22, 2018.
This interactive workshop offered presentations on identifying areas of interest and alignment with funding agencies; relationship building with private foundations and workshop focused on developing a funding plan to meet professional goals including strategic planning, Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and hands on demos.
Speakers included Jeralyn Haraldsen, Ph.D., UVM Office of Vice President for Research Grant Proposal Manager; Lisa Townson, Associate Director for Foundation Relations, UVM Foundation; and Hilda Alajajian, Office of Research Support and Integrity.
